At the regularly scheduled December School Board Meeting, Mr. John Prescott received a unanimous nomination and approval to continue the role of Chairman of the Board of Education for the forthcoming year. Mr. Jamie Gibbs was nominated and unanimously approved to serve as Vice Chairman for the upcoming year.
The nomination for Mr. Gibbs was put forth by Mr. Gene Dudley, who has held the position of Vice Chairman for several years. We extend our gratitude to Mr. Dudley for his dedicated service. Your contributions to the students and community of Pamlico County are truly appreciated.
