Every year, the NC Farm to School Program along with the NC Grange sponsors a North Carolina Farm to School calendar contest for NC public school students in grades kindergarten through fifth. Thirteen entries will be chosen to illustrate the calendar for the 2023-2024 school year, highlighting the diverse agriculture of our state.
Recently, Mrs. McDaniel and her art students have been working hard to create art featuring farms. Three of her students have been selected to have their art submitted to Raleigh for the calendar contest this year! Congratulations to these three Anderson All-Star Artists!
